Here are some safety videos I ran across on Youtube that I thought were worth letting others here know about; feel free to link to other safety videos:
"Icing for General Aviation Pilots" produced by NASA, the FAA, and the AOPA Air Safety Foundation. About 55 minutes long; appears to have been made about 10 years ago or so and looks pretty good (for a safety video):
"Mountain Flying" produced by the FAA sometime in the 1960s. Quality of transfer is not great. In three parts, total about 23 minutes:
