Usain Bolt

It would be interesting to know his maximum speed. Averaging ~23mph from a still start (and counting his reaction time) must mean he peaks in what, upper 20 miles per hour?
 
He topped out over 30mph at around 40-50meters and held that speed through the remainder of the race.
