The USAir ditching passengers are complaining they only get free first class upgrades for one lousy year.

I think the policy should be "Free first class upgrades for a year, unless you complain, in which case you'll be upgraded to the farthest rear seats automatically to increase the chances you'll drown next time." What a bunch of whiny A-holes.
