We all have our favorite weather websites for checking on weather conditions and forecast for flying. For me US Air Sports was the best, but it has been down for 2 days. Anyone know why? I'm bumbed! :mad:

Must be a server issue. The machine can be trace routed, so there is a computer there. Looks like they also have a site poweredparachute.info. It doesn't work either.

It's been 2 days! I'm going through withdrawls! I love my weather, I have a very boring life!

What other site do POAers use? I need my weather fix man! I'm jones'n bad!;)

Lots of other sites but non that have those cool cloud graphics! Its lay out is so User Friendly and easy to read. I'm sure as heck not relying on it for flight planning but man it sure is a good quick start.

EDIT: From their site: "We are experiencing server difficulties and are in the process of moving to a new server. We apologize for the recent server outages. Until we get on a new server you may experience slower than normal connections or no connection at all. Rest assured that we will eventually get to a new server. We are hoping to be moved by the end of the month."

Adam, why would you not use this for flight planning? It is tthe same weather the FFA puts out in a user friendly format with pictures! :yesnod: That way guys like me can understand it ! ;)
 
I go to the source, the NOAA. That's where the rest of them are getting it from. Just cut out the middleman.
