I couldn't decide whether to put a couple of G5s in the panel or replace the interior of the ol' 172. I asked my wife which would be the better investment. So I am getting new carpet installed in the house today.

Okay, it was really just a joke. My wife doesn't object to the money I spend on aviation. She's a keeper. I just looked at the carpet being installed and realized that I could have had dual G5s for about the same cost. Funny how you always view expenses in terms of aviation!
