Upgrade Financing

Relatively new owner here. Looking to do some panel upgrades as my current panel hasn't been upgraded since Reagan was in office. What options are available for financing panel upgrades? Can one use their aircraft as collateral, provided it is payed off? Which companies will finance upgrades? Looking for recommendations and experiences. Thanks.

Yep. We did it for our club plane through our local bank that had done the original loan. They required a VREF before and a predicted one after the upgrade.
