hello i just recently had a class 2nd medical a couple weeks ago, in which i passed without any problems. i was concerned as to some of the boxes that i checked of being marked yes or no. i just checked the faa website under airman certificates and it is showing my updated medical, i am assuming at this point if i had any worries of a red flag in my mind that being they updated my medical on the faa website?

I would get a 10 year DMV search which is negative for alcohol busts, and some evidence that you are a good citizen. An FBI search would do it.
Then I'd write them a letter and send it all in.
If your 20 years are no complicated by booze or habitual speeding or evidence of being a miscreant, they won't even acknowledge. Just sent if certified return receipt so next round you can say, "previously reported no change."
