Update to 3.7.1 - please keep your eyes open

There are a few adjustments I still need to make to restore some of the custom features we use, and some of the templates are in need of resynching. Please let me know if you notice anything out of the ordinary.

btw I am noticing that neither my mobile IE or mobile Opera browsers are working on this site. I had to switch to wifi and use the iTouch browser. It appears to work fine

when i click logout i get an annunciation saying 'undefined' and then it logs me out. sorta weird.
