Yes, they have an excellent reputation. There are a lot of corporate operations I know of that use Universal for all of their flight planning, particularly international trips.
 
Used them for all of my international ferry flights. They're pricey, but they pretty much do everything for you. Only issue I have, and it's minor, is their fuel burn numbers aren't realistic for the aircraft I fly. But no worries, I don't launch if I can't make it with what *I* know we'll need for fuel.
 
I use them every flight for jetA. And they have very good pricing.

Highly recomended.
