Unable to embed Youtube Video

So I have tried from my Android Tablet, my Win 8.1 laptop, and my Win 7 desktop and none will embed a YouTube, even copying the embed code from another video.

Am I missing something?

Tried search but came up snake eyes.

Help appreciated.

When viewing the forum with a browser! scroll the the very bottom of the window and look in the lower left corner. Click the link for BB code

You tube is at the bottom of that list.
