We have this same problem, somehow they get in, and trying to get a permit to take them out, long story.

Biggest threat to aviation, as I've always said, deer, birds and government.

Deer jump those fences! Years ago Asheville NC built even taller fences around the airport. That fence must be 10-12' tall now.

One of our BAE-146s hit 4-5 deer crossing the runway during landing roll out one night at Asheville.
 
How much you wanna bet the ground crew argued over who got to take it home?

why does an airport need 19 miles of fence?
how long are those rwys?
must not be a simple rectangle.
