UFO in Alaska?

I always enjoy the last item in Chapter 7 of the AIM. It's about UFO sightings:

7-6-4. Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) Reports

a. Persons wanting to report UFO/unexplained phenomena activity should contact a UFO/unexplained phenomena reporting data collection center, such as Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) (voice: 1-877-979-7444 or e-mail: Reporting@baass.org), the National UFO Reporting Center, etc.

b. If concern is expressed that life or property might be endangered, report the activity to the local law enforcement department.

So, imagine that you are a local constable out in the boondocks of central Alaska, and a Japanese airline pilot phones you to report that a UFO is endangering the passengers on his plane. What will you do about it?

I had a pilot at boerne when I was working last friday show me pictures he took of a UFO while he was on the Amtrak in New Mexico.

I suppose it was your standard, blurry UFO photo, but he got several picture of it, and one as it zipped away.

Really freaked me out.

"No way, if we were to tell the American public there are UFOs they would panic," he informed me.

Just great, I was getting ready to go to bed, but now I'm all panicked. I'm digging out all my old survival gear out of the garage and hitting the road tonight. I already called my brother and told him to run away, run away, now!

My darn airplane is in having it's annual, so it's just me and my Jeep. I figure I'll drive up toward Big Bear and hide out in the woods.
