Does anyone have a fit for these specs?

Piston Engine/Pusher Prop configuration.
High Wing.
Tail Dragger.
Federal Aviation Adminstration certified with an Electro-Optical/Infra-Red sensor and downlink.
Two seat side by side configuration.
Max cruise 108 knots (200 kilometers/hour).
Normal cruise 100 kt (185 km/h).
Minimum patrol speed 65 kt (120 km/h).
Initial climb 1,085 feet/minute (330 meters/minute).
Service ceiling 15,250 ft (4,648 m).
Takeoff run 870 ft (265 m).
Landing roll 655 ft (199 m).
Range with reserves at normal cruise 570 miles (1,056 km).
Endurance with reserves at minimum patrol speed six hour 30 minutes.

I'm coming up blank.
 
Some sort of Cessna 180 type thing would fit the bill except for the pusher prop.

That is an odd requirement.

Yeah it is...the only thing I can think that comes close is the Edgely Optica, but it is a trike and I don't believe they are still in production.
