Two 530 issues. Coincidence?

While preparing to shoot the RNAV 26 approach today, the 530W failed to pull up that plate. It did pull up the other 3 plates.

So We decided to shoot the gps approach at a nearby airport, but this time the glide slope indicator never came on.

I am not sure if there is any commonality that could have caused both issues, or do I probably have two issues?

I will be downloading the Jeppessen updates tonight but I won't be flying for the next 10 days.

Any ideas for either or both of these. I have emailed the avionics shop but I don't expect a return call for a few days, then they will tell me to bring the plane to them.
 
Assume DB was current in both?

I had a similar issue going into KIOB a few years ago.

Garmin had a PDF file noting RNAV (GPS) approaches with LP minima removed due to lack of descent angle.

I'm trying to find the updated link.
 
Yep. That certainly looks like the the first problem. It was KOMN RNAV 26, which is in the list.

Still don't know why the glide slope wasn't working.
