Twitter question

I was wondering if anyone knows why I have trouble loading images that start with pic.twitter.com. I get images on both my tablet and phone, but anything that starts with the pic.twitter.com won't open.

I've searched the net, but haven't found any answer that works.

Where? at work? maybe they have a filter on the firewall?
