That's not even mentioned in the FAA AME Guide. You'll probably have better luck asking Bruce Chien either on the AOPA Forums or his web site.

not a doc, didn't stay at the Holiday Inn either.
However, I had septoplasty and turbinoplasty years ago to fix deviated septum and reduce turbinate size in conjunction with chronic sinus infections.
Reported once, "previously reported" for the remaining many years with no question.

Marked improvement. 10 years of chronic sinus infections before and 2 infections in the last 15 years. I also had sinus polyps removed.
