...and unfortunately all I had was my cell phone camera, so I apologize for the lousy resolution.

Was outside DC for a week, for work, and was able to take Friday afternoon to shoot into town for some quick sightseeing before my flight early Saturday morning. So, I circumnavigated the mall by foot visiting the Capitol and the White House and most of the monuments, then visited a few of the Smithsonian museums, before driving out to a hotel near Dulles. Been a few years since I had been in that part of DC. The new Museum of the American Indian is quite impressive. The Air and Space Museum is preparing a very large new exhibit on the first floor, scheduled to open in a month or two, including a full nose section of a B747 where the public can walk into the cockpit.
