Well on my recent trip to Seattle I took some cool photos with my treo yet. On the first I was looking out the window on the flight there and immediatly thought of Tony. Something reminded me about how those clouds ( over some where in OK I think) signaled good gliding. The others are of Mt. Rainier on some you can acutally see under the cloud base. The others are from the space needle and sunset over the sound. Not bad for a cell phone camera huh.

Next time you get that close to Oregon you had better look me up. Bob

Hope you enjoyed your trip & outings Adam, nice to meet you!

Yes I neglected to mention that I got the opportunity to meet up with Dave Krall and see his Highlander Amphib project in progress. Very impressive. Learned something about auto engines in planes.

We were going to try to get an Arrow and hop out to see Tom Downey but the ceilings were 300' at PAE ( Apparently that is CAVU in Seattle) Anyway Dave taught me about the convergence zone. Its amazing how you don't even think of certain Wx phenomonons in areas you don't frequent. Of course just 15 min by air at Oak Harbour it was really severe clear. Oh well perhaps next time. It was a fun visit with Dave and a good lunch. Thanks again!

The next time you're here I'll bring the 172 to BFI and show you how to skud run.
