Trip to California

We got ready to leave for the west coast Wed. and I found that Flightaware had a new route for our stop in Henderson. The winds weren't that bad. With the outboard fillers real full we might have made it a ways.

Well, our trip from Chicago to San Diego in a few minutes is scheduled to last twice as long as that flight, but it doesn't look like we're going anywhere near as far!

BTW, We'll be in San Diego until Tuesday afternoon. Dinner anyone?

It's a light Malibu, we might get close to that time. I took my youngest out for a tour of Cal-poly then up to Santa Rosa for a Malibu safety training.

I really miss CA. The weather in San louis is perfect, unlike our 111 degree national high back at KHUT last week.
