Training hours from abroad - do they count?

I don't have any license, but have trained recently abroad and have the logbook signed by the instructor. Do those hours count in any way to reduce the required minimum hours for the private license?

Yes, it counts. It doesn't matter to the FAA where the flying hours are accumulated, provided that the US written and practical test requirements are met.

BTW I like your username. Big fan of Cramer and Mad Money.
 
I am guessing that any training from a broad will be the same as from a dude.....:rolleyes::lol::lol:
 
Has to be an FAA CFI for dual. EASA FI(A) hours don't count towards the dual requirement (but do count towards the total required).
