Most of the building on the list are in bad need of major money repairs, and they haven't been used in years.

The old wooden fire house on the seaplane base, had a fire 15 years ago, no repairs, Building 12 has a bad roof with all the damage that occurs after .

Hgn #1 is in the way of the new taxiway and has been very neglected over the years, it has been settling for ages and the east doors no longer will close.

most of the list is that bad or worse.

but we do have 400 units of new housing in anticipation of the MMA's and all the new squadrons
