And why the 796 instead of a 760?

I had the 796 already so I used it. The G5 will be next along with an IFR GPS. The G5 is only required for IFR.

Just wait until you add in a GTN and the GFC500…. You will make a really good airplane into an awesome airplane

looks good. Did you already have the JPI engine monitor prior to upgrade ? You could get a GAE24 and wire your sensors into it and get them all on the G3X if you wanted too.
