Just my annual reminder that we are open for airplane parking and camping up at Brennand Airport (79C), just 10 miles north of Oshkosh. If you aren't afraid of our skinny runway, we are happy to accommodate you and your plane. There is a small overnight fee. We have fuel available. Each year a few planes tie down here and sometimes people camp. Easy-in, easy-out... good place for anyone not wanting to fly the NOTAM or wanting to avoid OSH for whatever other reason. There is transportation available to and from AirVenture. PM me for info.
This year as I understand it, Evektor will be doing demos out of our airport.
Also our annual fly-in event is this coming Saturday the 25th around lunch time. Brats, hamburgers, etc. sponsored by EAA UL 41. Young Eagles rides, raffle, aircraft displays (the medical helo might be here again). I will be there.
