Tie down kit?

I saw this at Sportsman's Guide and thought it might make a good tie down kit.

I would rather buy a length of 1” or 1 1/2” aluminum angle iron (or better yet T-extrusion if you can find it), cut, and drill some holes for rope. Those stakes don’t look so strong, half of them are plastic if you read the description.

I think it’s @weirdjim that’s got some easy DIY plans. Some 4 link chains, 3 lag bolts per chain and ratchet straps to each chain end.
