This year is dragging on!

With no snow on the grounds here -- (in Maine???) -- until late this afternoon and tomorrow -- this is a good day to load the F-150 with all the dead branches which have fallen from the trees during the many high winds during this winter(??) and transport them for deposit elsewhere. 25° at present, the sun just came through the overcast. I guess the numerous piles of leaves I've raked in the last few days will have to remain piles for a while, but there'll be less work to do in April or early May.
Oh; and to go skiing on Friday.

Have a happy Leap Day! Go skydiving!

Or at least go around the pattern, if you can, and get a Feb 29th entry in your logbook... you won't get a chance to do that for another 4 years!

(Not counting flying commercially / for pay, how many of you have piloted a GA aircraft yourself, on Feb 29th?)

Not today. Optometrist appointment at 5:30, then meeting at 7 PM. This day is booked solid.

Darn it all... if I had been born one year later than I was, I would have been born on February 29th. How much fun would that have been! Not many people can say they have that birthday on their Pilot's OR Driver's License!
