Just read there were 5 injuries. Thankfully none life threatening. Pilot was injured as well which would possibly explain why the throttle wasn't rolled down.

Looks like the pilot was possibly the guy standing by the nose? I know its very common for EMS pilots to lock the collective down flat pitch and get out to help. That could explain why no one pulled the ECL's to stop.
