The builder is a hotel owner in Portland; nephew/son of the Cianchette brothers(Cianbro Corp.), Cianbro having built bridges and other large projects around the United States. The whole family comprise long-time fliers, one of the elder Cianchette brothers having died in a crash of his plane, in Kentucky, several years ago.
