This looks like a problem.

Wood prop actually worries me here as it looks like more is missing on the blade in the right of the picture than the left, if it continued to run with an imbalance like that...

It's typical, from the damage itself it looks like the engine was at idle when it took the strike. In a wood prop at low RPM, the vibration that would cause will be surprisingly low. People have bent the hell out of props and flown home on them...
 
I hope they looked that nosegear over well. I think the scuffing on the top of the wheelpant is from striking the strut. That gear had to bend a lot right at that angle to do that.

Perhaps but I still say that this is why we pay for insurance. And it still looks like one blade lost more tip than the other, that would be some wicked vibrations.

Wooden props will turn to tooth picks before they transmit enough energy to the engine to hurt it.
