ok - so maybe comcast just hosed me ... 1 person saw it and I hit some limit with comcast? dirty buggers just disabled my ftp login, too ...
 
yeah - I'm waiting to talk to comcast ... I was #98 in the online chat queue 40 minutes ago ... I'm up to #11 now ...
 
changed extension to .pps and uploaded (see original post) ...
 
that worked for me.
