This fingerprint proof garbage can. No fingerprint, no proof!

I have a 'finger print proof' refrigerator. Someone could beat me to death with it and just walk away from it.

One of the fake Tom Clancy books had a poison that degraded to chemicals that are in the bloodstream after a heart attack. The dry ice icicle is a great idea. The CO2 left behind would make it look like they died from global warming. /s

Dry ice icicle dagger is excellent! But wouldn't a regular water ice dagger be just as effective and untraceable, and a lot easier?

It would leave a puddle of water though, and doesnt make for as good of a story idea.

Both valid points - especially your second point!

A heartwarming story by the author of James and the Giant Peach and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory about a woman who beats her husband to death with a leg of lamb, then cooks it and serves it to the police when they arrive to investigate.

Nauga,
and a club sandwich

Made into an Alfred Hitchcock Presents TV episode I believe.

The author was also a fighter pilot in WWII, and wrote a number of short stories touching on that aspect of life. Most famous is probably "They Shall Not Grow Old," about a pilot lost on a mission who lands a week later unaware of the time lapse. Collected in the book, "Over to You."

"Mythbusters" tackled the "Ice Bullet" story. IIRC, it didn't work...the projectile would shatter when fired.

You would need a massive projectile, that could cause blunt-force trauma! Maybe 100mm diameter by half a meter, which would weigh about 3.5 kg. The gun would be unweildy (though we use larger ones at work, to shoot hail and birds into turbofan engines.)
OTOH, folks have been killed by icicles falling from houses, thus, an accident could be arranged. Just in some areas of the country during certain seasons with certain current weather conditions.

Who's the victim?

Politicians. I am the bastard son of an elected official who didn't confess to my existence until I was 37 years old. Imagine how those abandonment issues would play on a Criminal Minds episode.

Just in case someone takes this thread too seriously... That was a joke, this whole thread is a joke. That trashcan is fingerprint proof, yet is has the foot pedal so you shouldn't even have to touch it, I just thought that was funny.

But how do you get them up on the house, and how do you make sure they fall on the icicle, and that the icicle is conveniently pointed upwards?

That pencil would also come in handy if one wanted to post pictures of the victim on PoA.
Just sayin'
If one wanted to sell a pencil that was used as a murder weapon on POA, would they need to put a gns-530 in the picture?

I have seen the hole a hangar roof icicle will punch through an aircraft wing. Wouldn't want that in my skull.
