***************Full disclosure I am firmly against this bill on principle. This post is not to debate the merits of the bill, rather to discuss the realities of the bill as they apply to aircraft ownership.*************

With the more generous tax code in relation to pass-thru companies how does this affect private individuals who own their aircraft through an S-Corp?

Will it encourage more people to set up similar structure to exploit the benefits the new tax code allows? Does it make more sense with the new tax code in-place to explore ownership at this point?

Not sure how it would except for possibly the Full Expense provision. The advantages of pass though entities is the flow of profits/loss to the individual and willing to bet that most entities established to house an asset like a plane are not significant income producing for the new tax law to be much benefit...but curious to see other's take.

Any time The Government allows us to keep more money in our pockets we are supposed to eliminate it from our pockets by spending, spending, spending, so buying an airplane is certainly within the intention of the new legislation. May God have mercy on their soulless husks.
