I was sent this WWII "documentary" called the " Last Bomb" It was produced in that WWII/ US Army meets Hollywood style kind of way but is very interesting. It shows how bombing raides on Japan were organized and the coordination between bombers and fighter and the various dangers of the mission. The P-51 footage is spectacular its a bit long alomst 36 minutes so you need some time.
Also be aware that the references to the Japanese are in typical WWII era language and twice in the film the footage stops for splicing.
