That would be enough to get my interest. Next questions are what type of avionic, engine, and overaall condition is it in. That you have experience with the plane is a big plus. I just spent most of last year looking at buying a plane. I was looking at 172s and Warriors, I ended up with the later, if you are serious about buying I can help.

just for the heck of it I may enquire about it, but not sure this is the one (or the time). Gotta get my house down in SC up and running (it is framed in which is cool!) I was thinking more of 2007 being the year of the plane...
