Okay there is a similar one in the medical section. But I don't really need to be that anonymous. It's like this.

I, well, other people have said I'm in good shape. I go to the gym seven days a week, I do a minimum one hour cardio then weights. On the weekends I ride a bicycle (mountain bike) 30 miles a day. I burn off the calories.

But I consume them. Lots. My body can only take two meals a day. The third tends to get automatically rejected, if you know what I mean. Like, if I have lunch, I'll have some kind of salad and some kind of meat. Same for dinner. But if I had breakfast, bye bye dinner.

Alas, the munchies. If there is meat in the fridge, I'll eat it all. Then, I will get sick, and barf. But, if there are donuts on the counter, I'll eat them all too, but, it's hard to barf, and I will just feel horrid all night long. Carbs are not good for me.

I dunno. Maybe I need to find a different diet.

I had like, some sort of nacho crap with chips and some kind of salsa that had beans in it. I hate beans. Beans do bad things for me. God I hate beans so much. But I ate them anyway because I was starved now I feel like crap. Then, the donuts. They were there. They said eat me. I complied. Now I feel so wired I can't function.

That's all. Thank you for listening.

Eat smaller portions, more frequently. Maybe take a break from the gym once in a while. 7 days in a row isn't great for your health.

Try my Frozen Food diet.

Calories are a measure of heat. So when I eat something frozen, my body has to use calories to warm that food to 98.6 degrees. So a frozen Snicker bar nets out to zero calories. A serving of frozen peas is negative. Eat anything you want, just as long as it's cold.

Warning: Be sure to eat something warm every now and then or you'll starve to death. :yesnod:

Okay, like, dinner tonight was some sort of ground beef thing over what I though was rice but it wasn't. And the ground beef may have not even been beef.

But F that, it just didn't do it and I totally had to make a McD's run for a couple Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese. Forgive the capitalization as those that go there know it's a proper name.

I despise McD's. but Burger King is five more miles away and I didn't want to get, you know, whacked.

Meet with a Dr. of Sports Nutrition. They'll look at your exercise schedule, your preferences in food, your build and body composition, etc. and give you recommendations to help you eat healthier. When I was doing competitive running I had a sports nutritionist monitor my diet so I didn't lose too much weight. It's amazing what small changes can do over a long period of time.

Reducing your caloric intake by 1 piece of hard-candy (or equivalent) per day will lead to a net loss of 1lb. of body fat, and since your body holds 9 grams of water per 1 gram of fat, that'll show up as 10lbs on a scale.

I have. She said like dude, unless you knock off an hour of cardio a day, you can eat the whole damn cow.
