We're in the process of converting the Holland Tunnel wall lighting to LEDs now. Our guys had to stop the project until they solve the RF interference problem. It's messing up the am/fm radio broadcast in the tunnel

They did something like that years ago on the Ben Franklin Bridge in Philadelphia. Not near as long but beautiful. The lights actually sync with the train that crosses the bridge on the lower deck from Philly to NJ.

Final Approach
It is cool. Come see it. Don't bother trying to see it from the air, you won't appreciate it. Go down to the Embarcadero, somewhere near Rincon park, or the Ferry Building. That is the best viewing site. Fly into KOAK and take the BART to the city. Spend the day there checking out museums, go get some awesome food and drink, check out the Bay Lights, spend the night and fly home the next day. Awesome weekend trip.
