Box up some of the barbeque and send it my way. It doesn't help that my wife is asian and always has rice with our meals. Plus her specialty is some sort of boiled fishy and green leaves concoction thing that I am sure has eye balls and butt holes in it.
I love my wife, but I really miss Texas sometimes....
