Testosterone Gel

I'm no longer using my testosterone gel. I find that I do not need it. What do I do at my next medical? I am not declaring it as a medication because I am not using it . Do I need a letter from my physician explaining why I am not on it anymore? Or am I overthinking this? This is my first long term prescription that I've ever taken.
 
Generally for a optional Rx function the AME can make that declaration. But it's so easy to get the data....send your doc a my chart message and get the reply that he's stopped the prescription. Present that!
