Just back from the shop with fresh yellow tag and tuneup. Paid $750 and have never used it. Has it's own tray which is about 1" longer than the non-digital transponder so I've found one that fits my shorter tray. Make offer.
Yes there IS a shop that services these, actually a couple of them, but the college in Texas is doing most repairs:

Terra radios have been in my plane since 1995 and are working well. They were once the choice for the new plane being rebuilt and given away by AOPA. I'm simply buying backups as I don't wish to rebuild my panel or stop flying if and when one needs repair.
