Just curious why you guys replaced the previous F33 with this one?

Airframe age solely. Our club practice has been to procure low airframe time airplanes with midtime engines, fly them thru TBO or beyond, engine change and fly to midtime then replace the airplane. Keeps us in very nice aircraft. However, the market has changed significantly in the last 4-5(?) years and this model has become unsupportable. There are fewer and fewer like kind replacements that fit our model - the F33 we bought - a 1987 had less than 1600 hrs airframe and engine. So, not quite a fit with engine hours, but we traded up 7 years newer and gained a lot of a/f hours back.
