Pre-takeoff checklist
I wrote in another thread about me trashing my headset (Eschelon 20) getting out of the plane. I got my feet tangled in the cord and pulled the jacks and cord apart.
When I called Telex, they helped me figure out the warranty info and got me set up for the repair. As it turns out, the warranty was 3 years. I bought them 3 years and 4 months ago. They told me they usually allow a grace period and even though I was past their grace period, they put it through under warranty anyway.
And the couple of ladies I dealt with were very helpful and pleasant.
I just thought I'd throw this out there in case anybody was curious about them.
