TDR-94D with Garmin GTN-750

Gentlemen,

I'm about to upgrade to the Garmin GTN-750 and am told for ADS-B out that my TDR-94 transponder won't get me there. So I'm also going to upgrade to a TDR-94D. My question is do I need any type of Air Data Computer or converter since I'm mixing a Garmin and a Rockwell product?

As I understand the process (and having gone through it with all Garmin products) the GTN has to be listed on the TDR's STC or it is no bueno. If it is listed on the STC then it will say if anything additional is required. It will probably state which software versions are required on the GTN and the TDR.
