Tax Question II

I wonder what the tax is on this little summer get-away property. It sits on an island -- with several other "cottages" -- which is privately owned. If I knew the owner's name I could look it up in the town report, it being only six miles down the road from where I sit. Nice little pad for June, July, and August.
