I'll be spending about 6-8 weeks in Meridian and I'd like to knock out a tailwheel endorsement while I'm there. Anyone have a recommendation?

When I get back tomorrow from the Warbirds and Warriors airshow in NC I'll check my contacts. I'll call Dr. Ross at Topton Air Estates (0MS0), just north of MEI, when I get home. He should know the reliable instructors in the area that could accomodate you. He's a senior warbird judge at OSH, btw, and has an immaculate J-3 and a Navion.
No guarantees, though.
Alternatively, I know of a Citabria available over at HKS in Jackson. Might even be able to arrange transportation to it (for a small fee...lol). I'll be at HKS Tues and Wed with the EAA B-17 tour so I could verify the status of the Citabria as well as ask around about available t/w planes and instructors in the Meridian area.
Are you going to be at McCain for the duration?
