Swapping GNC300XL for GNC355

Has anyone swapped out their 300xl for the new 355? Was it an easy swap or a typical 20-30 hour install? I already have a 335 transponder so I have the waas antenna installed on my plane.

It should be a lot less than 20-30 hours. You would need to add a wire or two to the GtX335, but beyond that you should be able to make an adapter harness that mates the 355 to the connector from the 300XL.
