The topic and discussion were very interesting to me. Carl, @RussR, and Sean did a good job.
My take aways from it as someone who is working on obtaining a CFI was what are appropriate and inappropriate behaviors when interfacing with students. Especially the point that how your say something could have the unintended consequence of crushing their spirit and causing them to no longer desire to fly.
