Superior sold to Lycoming

I wasn't aware that Superior was back to being an independent company - They were bought by (the bankrupt) Thielert a few years ago.

The thing that worries me most about this merger is, what will Lycoming do with all Superiors STCs that apply to Continental engines?

Superior holds the STC that allows a crank sfaft to be ground .020" under and fitted with Superior bearings.

If Lycoming buys Superior, will they manufacture the .020 under bearings for Continental engines?

Will they produce the Lycoming 180 horse power clone for the EXP aircraft at half the cost of a new Lycoming?

Superior had hundreds of P/Ns that were Lycoming look alike. do they all go away?

Same Same for Continental part numbers, who will support the old C-series Continentals?
