Searched but did not find info...

Does MoGas sump any differently from 100LL?

I assume it will be a light straw/yellow in color, not the blue. And smell different.

How different is the Specific Gravity?
If you have one of those little balls that sinks in avgas and floats in water, what will it do with MoGas?

Thanks...

It floats in water. What is important is the density difference between H2O and gasoline fuel, not the slight difference between gasolines

Mogas is the coors lite of fuel.
It is a lawn mowing gas but I wouldn't serve it to your friends.

Sure on a hot day, it will do in pinch but it is lousy for sure and has to be ultra cold to be tolerable.

Just look for yourself, do a ethanol test, but a bottle of water, drink it to a line on the bottle, fill the rest up with gas, shake, settle, and see if the water level went up.

Sumps the same to me, just isn't as a stand of color compared to the blue of 100LL

Depends on the aircraft, some of the older birds run a little better on the stuff, I know my Stinson did, I'd cut it with a little 100LL, but mostly mogas

And on a funny note, I actually run 100LL in my mower, longer shelf life and all.
