I don't know about TYS, but there is a guy people seem to like over at Rockwood, RKW (34mi west). No personal experience.

I actually just took the Archer that I fly up to Ron Poor for annual at RKW this week. The owner has used him for years and seems to like him, but I don’t personally know him.
