God I hate news sites.. that link is unnavigable.. Instead of showing the article I want to see, it brings me to a video about a seven year old girl who was shot, then a dozen other links to videos

Geez. I don't know if I read the number correctly, but N10VD is an OV-1 Mohawk.

My heart stopped because we have a Mohawk going to the show from KLNA but that would be a static display, no performance. This was the Dr. that performs aerobatics. Still hits hard. I never met the doc but folks I work with knew him well. R.I.P.
 
Gotta pass that along to my wife. She has some right seat time in these including rides while ferrying them. She would also fly the Museum Owner's T-34 down to Osh while the owner would fly the Mohawk. Actually I think the owner flew the very Mohawk he flew in Vietnam (had like 3 or 4 at the museum). I think they are cool. I fit but can't imagine I'd fit through the top on ejection. Man those blade tips are creepy close to the canopy.
