Strongest painkillers allowed

I have been on oxycodone for a long time for a bad back.
Neuro MD's can only offer cutting or injection (Vitamin K is a nickname?).
I am afraid of that for now.

I am going to try the chiro/accupuncture treatments.

Are there FAA issues with otc painkillers?

What are the strongest oral prescription painkillers allowed?

Are there any issues with hypnosis or self hypnosis for pain management?

Any issue with the electrical stimulator?

Thank you.

The F.A.S does not permit the Dorsal Column Stimulator as it has a black box warning designed to shield the company from motor vehicle lawsuits. It's (edited) mostly bullc_ap as the device is totally sensory. WE could not find a single MVA in which the Stimulator was related in any way to an accident, in 12 years.

Plus, properly setup, patient voltage limited, array limited, duration and pulse width limited, you just won't get a motor problem.

Strongest pain killer permitted, are the NSAIDS.
